What Services do we offer?
- Overlays to existing roof coverings - The durability of our products allows the capacity to overlay a wide range of existing roof coverings as it isn’t always necessary to strip back, this may be a benefit when the existing roof structure is still adequate but the waterproofing system is failing thereby saving on costs and is a less intrusive method to the property than a complete re-roof.
- Re-roofing of expired roof coverings - If your flat roof is failing with the structural decking also in an expired state, we are able to provide options for the stripping and renewing of the roof covering, including the substrate.
- Waterproofing to New Build Projects - We can be on hand to consult at design stage through to practical completion. We are able to provide waterproofing to a variety of structural substrates including timber decking, metal decking or concrete.
- Electronic Leak Detection for problem roofs - Should your existing flat roof be causing an ongoing leak issue without obvious signs of damage we are able to arrange electronic leak detection of the surface to pinpoint areas at fault.
- Repairs - If you are looking for a quick fix or temporary repair, we are able to survey and advise of repairs to both existing felt and single ply roof coverings.
- Roof Condition - We are able to carry out a survey of the current condition of roof coverings to buildings. This may be required to assist with Insurance renewals for some properties.
- Green Roofs - If you are looking for a green roof covering, we are able to supply this with our smaller to medium sized supply and install projects.
Becoming more and more popular there are many benefits to having a green roof system. They are aesthetically pleasing and provide a natural habitat for birds, insects and other local wildlife. They are great for absorbing rainwater and adding back to the natural environment.
